No STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE will be charged on orders over £100 ex VAT! On orders less than this, there will be a set charge per item, but STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE will not exceed £6 + VAT.
Delivery Surcharges
Items that are heavy, bulky, long or a “low value yet heavy” item will carry a DELIVERY SURCHARGE on the first item and each additional item ordered. This allows us to offer products on our website which normally would be uneconomical to sell due to carrier surcharges. These surchages apply irrespective of order value, and vary according to item.
It is impossible for us to anticipate what combination of products will be ordered and therefore impossible for the website to calculate the maximum savings possible. If we can post your goods for less than quoted at our checkout, we will do so and pass the saving on to you.

We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in the Farmrite web site are in supply, and that you get what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full for it.
Delivery charges quoted are for UK and Ireland only.
If you are ordering outside the UK please place your order as normal. We will then contact you by email with a delivery quotation and at that point you can choose to accept or cancel your order.

Payment for goods ordered should be made by credit card. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence. Payment may also be made by cheque in accordance with the procedures outlined in the purchase process.
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.
This site sells a number of drugs for use with animals the sale of which is regulated by UK legislation. In order to purchase these items you must be an individual who is in control of livestock. If you make a false statement to this effect this may lead to criminal prosecution and either a fine or imprisonment if convicted. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any medicinal product.
Always keep your invoice or despatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition. Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and return P&P. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Farmrite accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold on this site. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and most particularly that of Northern Ireland.
We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Farmrite either over the telephone or by e-mail within 10 days of receiving the goods. Call our Customer Service Helpline (UK residents: 028 3839 4900, Residents of other countries: +44 (28) 38 394900) for assistance with your return. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Farmrite, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
