A little about ourselves...
Fane Valley Co-operative Society Ltd was established in 1903 by a group of farmers who wished to improve the marketing of their butter which at that time was produced on the farm. The original Fane Valley dairy was subsequently erected on the banks of the river Fane bordering counties Armagh and Monaghan.
From these humble beginnings the Fane Valley Group today is a leading agri-food company with interests in milk and redmeat processing, oat milling, animal feed manufacturing and the supply of farm requisites. The latter is conducted through a network of 8 stores across Northern Ireland and our on-line trading platform www.farmrite.co.uk. The Farmrite business was acquired by Fane Valley in 2007, and integrated into Fane Valley Stores in 2011.
Fane Valley Group now has an annual turnover in excess of £400m and employs 1,600 people throughout the island of Ireland and the North East of England.

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Farmrite either over the telephone or by e-mail within 10 days of receiving the goods. Call our Customer Service Helpline (UK residents: 028 3839 4900, Residents of other countries: +44 (28) 38 394900) for assistance with your return. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Farmrite, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
